Job Description
The Technical Implementation Services team in our Professional Service Group is responsible for the Implementation and technical support, and maintenance of all Revstream applications. The Cloud Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating both client and internal project teams through a quick deployment process on our products. Our solutions are easy for our customer’s development teams to integrate and therefore projects are smaller in scope and move quickly. The ideal IPM thrives in a fast-moving environment with excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail and quality.

To be a strong IPM at Revstream, you must be a talented leader with the ability to execute well under pressure. Good decision-making skills around scope, time, and resources are necessary for success in this role. Your contacts will range from a business and technical audience, from analyst to executive; you must be comfortable communicating at all levels. Strong presentation skills are necessary, which is why we include a presentation round in our interview process.

Last but not least – be able to engage with clients. IPM’s work closely with our sales and customer success teams to help our customers understand and scope out work for the project team.
 
Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal IPM has experience managing or playing a lead client-facing role in multiple technology integration engagements and meets most or all of the following requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Internet Software/E-commerce industry experience preferred.
  • 5+ years software implementation project management experience.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and financial principles.
  • Experience with software in an Cloud/SaaS environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, revenue and billing automation software. Previous consulting implementation experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success as an Implementation Project Manager at Revstream: Oracle, Netsuite, Zuora, Aria Systems, SAP and PeopleSoft
  • Ability to interface well with customers, internal and external to the organization (phone/email).
  • Familiarity with Force.com, Salesforce.com, HTML, CSS, SQL, and other web technologies. Expert knowledge not necessary, but you must be able to communicate well with developers on these technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database design concepts (database.com experience a plus)

These companies use Revstream's, integrated platform to capture and manage orders, create and bill customers and manage revenue and forecasting. We are looking for an exceptional individual to help lead and manage the entire customer lifecycle – from getting involved from sales and implementation management to ongoing customer care and account management. This position will play a key role in bringing Revstream's best ideas, innovations, and capabilities to customers and driving greater business value and success for them. The ideal candidate will have possess strong application functional expertise, expertise in business application deployment cycles, as well as strong account management expertise. Experience as a Senior Manager/Director at Big 5 accounting / consulting company and or at a Software /SaaS company managing professional services and account management teams is strongly preferred.
 
Responsibilities
  • As the leader of the team responsible for delivering value to our customers, the leader of Customer Success/Account Management owns ultimate responsibility for services delivery, customer success, renewals and expansion in existing accounts.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors such that all Revstream activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their Revstream solution to be realized
  • Establish and participate in project steering committee meetings; proposing creative viable solutions to the executive sponsors such that critical success issues are addressed on a pro-active basis
  • Establish a internal operations process to track all implementation and post-implementation adoption activities such that the overall success of the customer's Revstream initiative can be closely monitored including visibility to the executive sponsors
  • Drive a customer user group program by developing a comprehensive understanding of key customers' business environments, challenges, and objectives and identifying appropriate tactics to ensure their success.
  • Identify risks to the customers achieving their stated business goals; identify customer health based upon those risks; and develop plans, where appropriate, to address those risks.

Requirements
  • 10+ years relevant work experience with 5 years experience with a Big 5 accounting/ consulting firm preferred
  • Possess strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating executive workshops
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex project implementations
  • Expertise and experience dealing with complex accounts at the most senior finance and IT levels (preferably with recent direct hands-on executive experience)

This position wil be part of a 4-5 person team developing the next generation of revtsream's billing and revenue management solution. The position will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams that currently follow an Agile Methodology.
The position will report directly to the VP of product development.
