The Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of areas: overseeing the Support process for our external and internal customers, providing support to our internal Revstream implementation team in terms of managing instances and Functional QA processes with the Revstream application, as well as multiple ad-hoc requests.  As we grow and scale, you may participate in special projects to further enable our growth, develop our repeatable methodology, build our knowledge base, and provide even greater levels of customer satisfaction.

The Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant role is responsible to meet individual, team and corporate sales goals by working in tandem with the Sales and Services organizations. As a team member, you will add value throughout the sales process in requirements analysis, solution development, in-depth product demonstrations, and the transition to professional services for successful delivery. Past experience with leading Cloud/Saas-based financial applications, billing or major ERP software vendors will be required.

The Cloud Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating both client and internal project teams through a quick deployment process on our products. Our solutions are easy for our customer’s development teams to integrate and therefore projects are smaller in scope and move quickly. The ideal IPM thrives in a fast-moving environment with excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail and quality.

To be a strong IPM at Revstream, you must be a talented leader with the ability to execute well under pressure. Good decision-making skills around scope, time, and resources are necessary for success in this role. Your contacts will range from a business and technical audience, from analyst to executive; you must be comfortable communicating at all levels. Strong presentation skills are necessary, which is why we include a presentation round in our interview process.

Last but not least – be able to engage with clients. IPM’s work closely with our sales and customer success teams to help our customers understand and scope out work for the project team.
