He has spent 10 years between PwC and BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) in senior practice management roles. Prior to aquarius, he co-founded a mid-size services and solutions company in Silicon Valley, growing it to $30million in 4 years. Rajiv received his MBA from Texas Tech University. |

| Mark is the Vice President, Product Strategy and Chief Product Officer at Revstream Inc. Mark leads all product development and management efforts at the company. He joined Revstream at its infancy and has since been primarily responsible for the solution architecture, strategy and implementa-tion of the Revstream product suite. Mark brings over 13 years of experience in professional consulting and senior IT management across diverse industries including high tech, online media, interactive entertainment and telecommunications. Prior to joining Revstream Inc., Mark was the Director of Business Applications at Vivendi Games, (now Activision Blizzard), where he led the strategic planning, deployment and support of global enterprise applications. Additionally, Mark spent over 5 years in big 5 consulting with KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where he specialized in Oracle ERP implementations, business process reengineering, finance and supply chain client initiatives. Mark received his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. |

| Ram is responsible for leading revstream solution implementation at our clients and determining effective solution based on the clients business requirements. Additionally, Ram interacts closely with the product management team to provide feedback from implementation experiences to further improve and enhance our revstream product and solutions portfolio. Ram brings over 13 years of very deep experience in designing and implementing Oracle Applications for quote to cash solutions, especially in the areas of order management, revenue recognition, billing, sales and service contracts. Prior to Aquarius, Ram has worked as an independent consultant delivering professional services to a variety of large global high tech clients. Ram has taken on various roles as a functional lead, subject matter expert and project manager to deliver many complex projects on time and budget. Ram has also worked as a manager with Accenture where he was part of their global Oracle practice and was staffed at strategic clients like Cisco Systems. Ram holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering and an MBA. |

| Richard Moore currently serves as Vice President of Technology and leads the product development of Revstream's cloud product. He is responsible for leading the company's product engineering efforts and also assists in product strategy. Additionally he is also assumed responsbility as the Chief Security Officer for Revstream Inc. His current focus is specifically for our cloud revenue management and nalytcis product portfolio. His background includes more than 20 years experience in product strategy and development with a focus on the application of software to critical business issues. His brings deep knowledge and experience working with several large clients in the area of revenue recognition accounting, complex billing and financial management systems. He has held management positions at a variety of companies, including Softrax Corporation, Eastman Kodak, Otsuka Electronics, and Bio-Rad. A native of Great Britain, Dr. Moore earned his Ph.D at the University of Alberta and completed post-doctoral work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

| Revstream recruited Geoff Robles in 2012 to lead the strategic direction of sales, as well as all sales operations, and business development. Geoff has more than 20 years of experience in managing and directing international and domestic sales teams within the enterprise software industry, with a specific focus on revenue management, rating and billing solutions. Before joining Revstream, Geoff led the Americas Sales Consulting teams for Portal Software through the acquisition by Oracle and subsequent years until 2012. Geoff also brings experience in leading early-stage start-up operations where he led the North American Sales Consulting team for Geneva Technology during the U.S. launch and then Latin American Sales Consulting team for Convergys during post-acquisition years through 2005. Geoff has a deep understanding of revenue management solutions and a keen appreciation of the value in leveraging financial data as a critical asset in forecasting and driving key business decisions. Geoff has a B.A. from the University of California, Davis. |
